Basic Questions about Corpus Studios™

Corpus Studios™ offers Pilates, GYROTONIC®, CoreAlign™, Bodhi Suspension System®, as well as massage and osteopathy. We provide personal training, group classes, and instructor training.
We offer private sessions, apparatus group classes (Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair), as well as GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods. Additionally, we have Collective classes that use various methods and equipment.

Both Pilates and yoga aim to improve flexibility and strength, but Pilates focuses more on strengthening the core, improving posture, and stabilizing movements. Pilates uses different apparatus like the Reformer and Chair to create resistance and enhance results.

The GYROTONIC® method involves exercises performed on special equipment, which helps to perform smooth, circular movements with resistance, improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. The GYROKINESIS® method involves exercises done without equipment, on a mat or chair, focusing on breathing and smooth movements, enhancing flexibility and balance.

You can book a trial session or consultation through our website or by calling our Caroly or Borrens studio office. We will offer you available dates and times to choose the most convenient option.
