Pilates Stretch

Excellent class to release tension after a tiring day, lots of desk work, or sitting for long periods. Free up the neck and shoulders, release tight hips, stretch the legs. Pilates is included to warm up and stimulate the body, culminating in a final portion of the class dedicated to stretching.
