Foteini is from Greece with studies in Psychology, Person-Centred & Focusing Psychotherapy, and an MSc in Sport & Body Psychology.
Having a classical ballet background, movement has always been central to her life. Pilates became the natural meeting point of her interests, bringing together movement science, self- awareness, and mindful practice—the missing piece that completed the puzzle. She enjoys thinking outside the box, exploring connections between ideas and disciplines that may not seem related at first.
She believes that our experiences and emotions are reflected in our bodies and shape the way we move, while movement can transform how we feel, think, and relate to ourselves. Inspired by Eugene Gendlin’s words, “The body knows,” she aims to help people listen to that knowledge through movement, developing efficient movement patterns, deeper body awareness, and a more respectful relationship with their bodies.
She speaks Greek, English, and basic Dutch.
