Giorgia Manno

Pilates Teacher

Giorgia is an Italian and Polish national. In her teaching, she enjoys sharing her energy and positivity to help others achieve their physical goals.

She is fascinated by the body’s potential, how remarkably it can respond under the right conditions, and how strongly the mind can shape its performance. For the past ten years she has been coaching her friends in sport and most recently decided to attend Corpus Pilates Instructor Training to become a certified teacher. She sees Pilates as a key part of training and warm-ups in many disciplines, as well as an effective way to stay fit, healthy, and properly aligned.

She has a strong background in dance, having studied at the Dance Schools of the Warsaw and Rome Opera Theatres. For 15 years, she has also been a dancer of Cesare Proietti’s classical–contemporary dance group in Rome. She also co-founded, with four other Italian dancers, the Darte’ Company, a Dance Theatre group. More recently in Brussels, she has been a Salsa instructor and a Contemporary dance instructor for adults. Since 2017, she has also started to dance in the air, practicing aerial silks. She also works in the external affairs of an energy company.

She speaks fluent French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, and English, with a basic knowledge of German.

One of her favorite mantras is “if you can dream it, you can do it,” a belief that inspires her to rise above challenges and keep moving confidently toward her goals.
