Collective classes: 6-10 participants
Will incorporate Pilates, Gyrokinesis®, Yoga, Bodhi®, Motr®, Pilates Stick™, and Corealign™.

These classes may include the use of arches (from the Pilates equipment), elastics, straps, mats, and cushions, destabilizing small equipment such as rollers, different-sized balls, and rolling platforms.
